Kaili Resources Limited Group (Kaili) holds 100% ownership of: One (1) Exploration Permit for Coal (EPC) – Maryvale Coal Project – covering 169.6 km2 within the Surat and Clarence Moreton Basins in Queensland. As well as five (5) mineral exploration licences targeting gold – Gindalbie and Kookynie Gold Projects – covering a total of 422.4 km2 within the Yilgarn Craton of Western Australia. And three (3) iron mineral exploration licences targeting iron – Pilbara Iron Project – covering a total of 236.8 km2 within the Pilbara Craton of Western Australia. The tenements are situated in close proximity to operating mines, rail/road infrastructure and coal exploration areas that have the potential to yield economically viable coal, gold and iron deposits.
