About
Petratherm is committed to developing a portfolio of mineral exploration projects with high growth potential. The Company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange in April 2018 (ASX Code: PTR). Petratherm was incorporated on 24 October 2003 and has historically operated as a geothermal and oil and gas company with tenement interests in Spain, South Australia and Tasmania. Petratherm has divested its interests in the Spanish and Tasmanian projects, and Petratherm and its joint venture partner Beach Energy Limited (ASX Code: BPT) (Beach Energy) resolved in June 2016 to plug and abandon the Paralana 2 geothermal well and complete surface rehabilitation before undertaking a formal surrender of Petratherm’s Paralana Geothermal Energy Licence (GEL 156). The Company was re-listed on the Australian Securities Exchange in 2018 (ASX Code: PTR) and is actively involved in mineral exploration projects in Australia. Petratherm aims to develop a portfolio of quality mineral exploration projects and will focus on exploring and developing its interests in the projects.
